Hi there! I’m Jun Zhang

I’m a third year undergraduate student from School of Software, Shandong University. My research interest includes Methylation Position Analysis, Machine Learning Applications in Biomedicine, Single-cell & Spatial Transcriptomics, Medical Image Analysis and Multimodal Data Integration.

I am very fortunate to be advised by Prof. Wei from the WeiLab, School of Software Engnieering, Shandong University. I also receive guidance from Prof. Lu at the Advanced Medical Research Institute, Shandong University.

As one of the Tujia people, an ethnic minority in China (Tujia language: Bifjixkhar), I have always been passionate about contributing to the education of our people. I strive to support these efforts in any way I can, hoping to make a small but meaningful difference in helping them grow and develop.

I have a deep gratitude and love for my hometown, Zhangjiajie, a place renowned for its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Growing up in such a beautiful environment has shaped who I am, and I hope to give back and support its future growth in any way I can.
